- The California Landlord’s Law Book: Rights & Responsibilities: If you are a landlord, you really need this book. The book provides you with all of the forms you will need, including on CD-Rom so you don’t even need to retype the form.
- Everybody’s Guide to Small Claims Court: Just because the stakes are smaller, doesn’t mean you can’t cost yourself a lot of money. Before going to small claims, get a copy of this book and read it cover to cover.
