One of them is dating a girl who hated me from the very beginning for no reason. I met this girl only 5 times in my life for the past 1.5 years. I have tried to be nice to her but she was using her boyfriend to try to ban me from staying over at the guy's shared aparment. She did not live in the same premise, so do i. What happened was my boyfriend raised the issue about her to his roommate, there was some email exchanges, then she ended up messaging me through Facebook. In this long message she called me every names in the book and threatened to report me so i get deported, she also was threatening physical harms to me. I am international student and i have legal paperworks to be here. This concerned me a great deal, do i have a case for restraining order? I live on a corner, and my harassing neighbor lives on the corner across from me. He has 4 drivers and 10 or 11 cars. He is constantly using my side of the street to "store" his vehicles and usable cars. He also parks in front of my house. Every three days he will move the vehicles and play musical chairs (only with cars). His cars get marked, he moves them around. He stays one step in front of the law. My nerves are shot, my own visitors have no place to park, his side street stays empty of cars. It is obvious to everyone that he is harassing me and emotionally breaking me down.I am a retired senior and am stressed all the time over this stupid thing. I have spent a fortune making my place beautiful. His mockery of Parking Control notices do no good. Please help. Can I get a Civil Harrassment Restraining Order. What is best? Help! She filed a report and took the evidence but the police said they can do anything because they believe my friend provoked her to do it. Which isn't true...before my friends car was vandalized this girl said something uncalled for to my friend and my friend just told her to be quite and went on with her day. Little did she know her car was being vandalized. He represents a death metal band that is responsible for at least 10 deaths every episode and is cool as ice despite LITERALLY hell breaking loose every other episode. He should DEF be Top Five.
