She has verbally assaulted me at the kids' baseball games, followed me into bathrooms to antagonize me, showed up to our home to "rescue" the boys. She had called child protected services several times to make false unsubstantiated claims against me and my fiance. Even though she sends emails saying that I should be "dead and buried" , We managed to get a temporary TRO but the judge claimed that she didn't threaten bodily harm so she released it. I'm FRIGHTENED of this woman. She looks at me like she wants to kill me. I'm scared and feel like I have no protection. She was admitted to a mental hospital by her halfway house last week but they let her out after 3 days. I was advised to call the police if she continues, but she should be ordered to stay away. Other parents at the baseball field were relieved when the TRO was in effect. Anyone have any suggestions? We can't afford to hire a lawyer. What happened was my boyfriend raised the issue about her to his roommate, there was some email exchanges, then she ended up messaging me through Facebook. In this long message she called me every names in the book and threatened to report me so i get deported, she also was threatening physical harms to me. I am international student and i have legal paperworks to be here. This concerned me a great deal, do i have a case for restraining order?
